About
I have BS and MS degrees in Industrial Engineering from the University of Florida. In August 2011, I finished my PhD in Industrial Engineering at Purdue University with a focus on human factors in healthcare settings. After undergraduate studies, I went to work for Shands HealthCare in Gainesville, FL as a management engineer.
I am now an engineer with the New England VA Engineering Resource Center in Boston, MA.
