I am a psychotherapist. I am a licensed marriage and family therapist (LMFT) with clinical experience with diverse populations such as families from different ethnic backgrounds and varied sexualities. I have expertise working with individuals, couples, and families struggling with chronic medical conditions (Traumatic Brain Injury, PTSD, cancer, heart disease, diabetes). I offer bilingual (Hindi and English) individual, couples, and family counseling across the life span. I offer a sliding scale fee to make family therapy affordable for families from all socio-economic backgrounds. I write about strategies for living well within the borders of chronic illnesses, mental illnesses, and other life challenges.
